I found myself one night texting her at 9pm on a friday night about showings (I lost track of time because of a busy work day) and she was quick to respond even that late! And on a friday! She set up three different showings on one day for us and one house was even an hour drive from the other two. She had no problem driving that far. We didn’t end up liking either of the three and she was just as happy to keep looking even with the constant long drives. After about 7 showings we finally found the one! The best thing I like is Monica lets you know what is worth it and whats not. Also another perk is that she is not about the money. On the day we found my house we looked at two. The house I didn't go with was more expensive. She could have easily pushed it on me for her own gain. She didn’t care about her money as long as I was happy.
